Mini-pizzas. I've got leftover rib eye and prune-wine sauce which is quite thick, almost like preserves really. I think that might make an interesting pizza. I'll add sliced shallot on top before I cook them.
We still have some of the braised beef ribs leftover from last night, so they are being turned into po boys topped with the bourbon sauce and coleslaw, shoestring fries and a bottle of Malbec.
Olive Garden. DS and I will share five cheese ziti a la forno, stuffed chicken Marsala and garlic mashed potatoes, salad, and bread sticks with Alfredo dipping sauce.
