I think it will be meatloaf and mashed potatoes, jar o gravy for dh, and leftover corn and squash.

Tonight we're having braised beef ribs in a bourbon barbecue sauce, coleslaw, corn on the cob and roasted potatoes.

Cumin-scented black bean burgers from my new Mollie Katzen cookbook - The Heart of the Plate. The sides will probably be roasted sweet potatoes and a side salad.
