it's too our daughter and sil's tonight. Actually this afternoon. Our younger daughter and our son's other 1/2 are coming in for another surprise for spoiled brat. Our 2 oldest grandkids and their kids will all be there. Peggy is fixing spaghetti and beat balls and ceasar salad. Our granddaughter is making a carrot cake. There will be garlic bread and wine as well, plus appetizers. 15 of us will sit down to eat. Thank God she has a big house.

Chicken thighs that I baked last night. I'll probably just eat them cold. Not sure what (or if) I'll have with them.

This was last night's dinner ... baked chicken thigh with teriyaki glaze (S&B, believe it or not ... they don't make this flavor any more ) with broccoli and teriyaki-flavored rice.

I suspect this will be tonight's dinner too, although I may do some more baking/slow cooking in case we lose power (MBM, hope we both luck out and the power stays ON!!).
