Fish sticks, corn, very small glass of wine but once it started to get warm, finished off the rest of my Mexican Coca-cola. Dessert: 1 scoop of chocolate fudge gelato.
My plate from last night. I made the lamb stuffed grape leaves and the tzatziki. I bought the kalamatas, feta, Syrian bread and lemon. This is one of my favourite meals.
Tonight I am taking some leftover brisket I smoked from the freezer, slicing it thin and reheating in BBQ sauce. I'll serve with mashed potatoes and green beans cooked with fatback.
Took out a small pork loin roast. Probably thick pork chops in Chardonnay, lemon thyme, cream with basmati, a green salad with celery and onions. I let celery and onions marinate in the dressing while working on the rest of dinner.
