So far I've had a piece of whole wheat bread with peanut butter, marmalade, and chopped walnuts.

But the actual dinner will be Lazy Galumkis made in the slow cooker. (hamburg, rice, cabbage, tomato sauce.)
Found the recipe on facebook, lol.

I tried a new recipe tonight which was called Beef Enchilada Casserole
It called for enchilada sauce and since I didn't have any, I decided to make it from scratch.

Every day when she comes home from school, DD asks "What's for supper?"
I say "porcupine pie and vanilla soup" and other silly answers. Tonight I said "Dog Vomit with cheese." Little did I realize how close I was to describing this new recipe. The dish was tasty but incredibly unappetizing to look at. We ate it and I then tore up the recipe. Don't often strike out like this. I think it was my homemade enchilada sauce.

It's been pouring rain all night/day & the roads are a mess, so I went next door to a Jack in the Box. I've never been into one before. Had a double cheeseburger & SBuck's flat white with 4 shots of espresso, cuz it was free & also next door to the JBox.

The burger was uneventful & dry & shall be my 1st/last, but I'm not gonna complain since it was fast & easy. The drink was wonderful.

Have a wonderful weekend, All!

No kudzu, I'm sorry but I was laughing so hard, I snorted wine out of my nose! My guests are so boring, I excused myself and snuck off to the den. My dinner was well received (no leftovers), but the conversation is strange - I'm sorry your dinner didn't look so great, but I'm sure it tasted good.
