Apart from the whole grains it sounds like you are already on a Paleo diet.

I have been eating this way long before Paleo became the hot new buzzword for dieting.

What LuckyDog is listing isn't "a Paleo diet." It's not any diet at all. It's what we used to call "healthy, balanced, variety of food" back in the 1970's, y'know, before teh Intrawebs was invented by Al Gore.

I'm starting to sense a political element just under the surface of this topic..
A lifestyle of eating healthy fruits vegetables meats ,seafoods and nuts is a healthy lifestyle no matter what you call it, if stuffing your face with burgers, fries, pizza and deep fried foods is preferable then best of luck with that lifestyle choice.

Political element? How so?

You should consider what conditions got me this far from the SAD diet - before ridiculing. Some of us couldn't get away with the SAD diet. I suffered enough. Now I consider it a blessing, as the 2nd half of my life will be much healthier than yours.

It's scientifically wrong to think we're supposed to eat everything. There are cultures that'd say your diet is lacking in monkey brains.

Kinda hard to elaborate without going off topic but lets say the unneeded Al Gore inference gives me a hunch.

The Paleo diet itself is a lot easier to sum up as an eating lifestyle than to say my diet consists of fruits, vegetables, meat, seafood and nuts. every one is on some form of diet even if its called "healthy, balanced, variety of food diet.

I've always preferred the term "traditional diet", i.e. the types of foods that humans would eat if there were no aisles of packaged and refined "foods" and "food-like" products available. Basically, the closest we can come to having to hunt, forage, and grow our own natural whole foods while acknowledging we live in the modern era.

Don't kid yourself.

Your Paleo ancestors ate as much meat as they could.

When pressed, they would even eat each other.

The Iceman, 5,000 years old, was filled with goat meat when he was murdered.
