Masks, No Masks, 2 Masks, or 3 Masks......
Yes...Masks Indoors in large crowds, No....masks outdoors
Make a Guess!
Maybe Gov. Carney will make an announcement tomorrow about LOCALLY, and SPECIFICALLY what should we do? For instance, when I go to the casino what will the rules be? Right now, they do temperature checks at the door, ask the standard COVID questions, active machines are 6 feet apart, signs say no congregating, no standing around eating or drinking, and everyone has to be masked.

As Per Governor Carney:
Effective May 21: Delaware will lift its requirement that Delawareans and visitors must wear face coverings anytime they are indoors with others outside their household. Delawareans should instead follow masking guidance issued by the CDC for all indoor and outdoor activities.

H ere’s what that means:
CDC guidance advises that fully vaccinated people can stop wearing masks in most places indoors and outdoors, with some exceptions like in crowded settings, on public transit, planes, in schools, health care facilities and congregate settings like prison facilities and homeless shelters.
Those who are not fully vaccinated, including children not yet eligible for a COVID-19 vaccine, should continue to wear masks when around others who are outside their immediate household.
Unvaccinated Delawareans ages 12 and older are urged to get vaccinated as soon as possible to protect themselves from infection and serious illness.

RDLR, down here in the land of rogue, the calendar is already past the 21st. Rehoboth Ave is like another world away. Masks off, is the rule. Poor city police, rules call for Boardwalk masks still. Good luck trying to enforce that one.

Are you writing for Dr. Seuss now?? LOL!!! 1 mask, 2 mask, red mask, blue mask.

I can confuse it even more. Apparently any place that is considered Federal has already adopted the CDC guidelines. My DH volunteers at the AMC Museum and they and the AF base are already following the "no masks for vaccinated people" guidelines. I would assume that would mean Social Security, etc. that are federal buildings.

Unless I missed the big “V” on our forehead requirement, I have yet to hear how a vaccinated person presents to the public.

Maybe they'll just take everybody's word for it...."Yep, I'm fully vaccinated" OR
Maybe they implanted a tracking chip in our arm when we received our shot...... (Just kidding)
