Hope everyone is safe this morning...

Last I heard from my husband everything was fine at our house. Haven't heard an update this morning. I imagine he didn't get much sleep last night. If the Delmarva power outage map is accurate, it looks like we still have power. Also, looks like storm surge probability has retreated quite a bit.

Default Harbeson 9AM Sunday

Well we were very lucky. Still quite windy, but no outages or damage. Direct TV was out for a while yesterday but that was it.

Morning everyone, We had no power outage last night but some of that wind last night was nasty. We're okay here in Dover. We hope that everyone is safe this morning.

Very windy STILL! Go away Irene. My father has his small plane in Alloway....just tied down, not in a hanger...waiting to hear how that is! I thought the worse overall was last night between 8 and midnight although it is as mentioned still pretty windy here.

We are Okay here too. Woke up to no damage to the house that I can see right now and we have power.
I'm amazed. Still windy and the Gov has asked people to stay home so they can access the damage.
Also flash flooding still in effect. So if you live near a waterway.....becareful.

rldr & beachliz - I'm wondering if you have power. When you can get logged on, let us know how things went.

My folks in Seaford reported 6.5" but didn't lose power or take any water in the basement.

We made it just fine, no damage at all, our power never even flickered. I took a quick walk around my neighborhood this morning, didn't see any real damage.

I'm in DC but looking for news about my beloved Rehoboth Beach. Last night all the local TV stations were broadcasting from the Delaware, Maryland and Carolina shores, but this morning the broadcasts are devoid of shore coverage.

Anyone near or in Rehoboth, please check in and let me know about damage, if any.
