Lol. Looks like it starts as snow Saturday maybe 2-4" of it then changes to rain Sunday morning about 1/4" of it. So half the liquid will be snow, half rain.

Then back in the freezer we go. GFS shows a snowstorm March 1st. Lol

No...end..yet

Are you seeing this statewide? The last thing any of us need is rain when battling these ice dams.

I'm seeing some reports saying it may be 50 (yes, FIFTY!) and rain on Sunday? (Note that anything I'm seeing with that has it being a one day thing only and then cold all of next week with possible snow on Wednesday (2/25) and again on either 3/1 (as Cambium noted) or 3/2).

Possible 50 somewhere but I think upper 40s is max north of NJ.
Yup,, blame the storm track or thank the storm track for the "break".

Yeah, even up to MA. Basically the storm is going west of us towards Lake Ontario from the SW which means warm air coming right up the east side.

I did a pop quiz today showing the storm and maps and why. Lol

Snow starts Saturday afternoon, gets heavy sat eve/night, changes to rain Sunday morning and might change back to snow if enough moisture is around with the temp drop.

Thurs-Friday Wow again. Relentless.

I'm planning on going up to Boston Sat. I'll probably be returning around 9 or 10 PM. Is it still to far out to tell Cam, or am I gonna be driving back in the middle of it??

I think overnight models trended a tad colder with this weekends storm. Only means a slightly longer time snowing and less time raining. Still should switch.

Snow on Wednesday morning

Snow in the south Thursday night

Snow for us again next Monday

Below freezing next 2 weeks.

JUST INSANE

BDR..............

8th coldest Winter. 10 days left to record.

2nd Coldest Jan 1 - Feb 28 period.

Coldest monthly average on record. 20.5°. Jan 2004 was coldest 21.9°
