Sucks that we just can't seem to get 90-degree tempetature days with higher humidity. Everyone I talk to after this summer will be moving down south and this is it

Florida is the place to be in the summer and that's where tons of people are going on weekends

Interesting. Most people I hear talking about the weather in CT are loving this summer, myself included. We have had some excellent summer weekends so far with lots of sun.

As a former Floridian, I can assure you many people there try and flee the state in August and September because of the awful heat/humidity. When I go back to visit I always time it between October and May. Any other month is unbearable (though that does depend some on where in FL, as different climates exist within the state).

I don't know, I would think many if not most people wouldn't want it to be like that all the time. You can just as easily enjoy the pool and beach when it's 80 and low humidity.

We are having one of the most phenomenal summers I can ever remember. Its been brilliant, beautiful, comfortable.

Then we have today and YUCH... and you want this every day? LOL

No comments about today.. Not going to show the dewpoints. Pretty nasty. Downright tropical in the 70s all over the place.

Here's the Heat index! Feels like 97 Windsor Locks. 92 Bridgeport. 100 in DC. 96 Boston. 90 Portland.

So Northern CT(BDL) hit 90 again today.Thats 10 times this yr while the coast (BDR) just once this yr.

Felt like 90s everywhere though.
