Is this the corner of Stantonsburg and Moye?

Greenville council revises rules for selling alcohol on city owned property:

https://www.reflector.com/news/local...28a497b2d.html

Quote:
Under the newly approved rules, beer and wine can be sold at Bradford Creek Golf Course, the city convention center, Nature Center/River Park North, Perkins Athletic Complex, C.M. Eppes Recreation Center, Town Common, Wildwood Park, Five Points Plaza, Guy Smith Stadium, buildings the city leases for at least two years and public streets, sidewalks, alleys and parking lots in the downtown area that are temporarily closed.

The newly approved rules also permit mixed beverage sales at all those locations with the exception of River Park North, Perkins Complex, C.M. Eppes Recreation and buildings leased by the city for at least two years.

Hopefully before football season. Hosting App State on 9/14/24. Rooftop bar is clearer on the ground view from the parking deck.

Along the lines of hotels. Homewood Suites opened this summer

https://www.prnewswire.com/news-rele...301857181.html

This should help with ECU move in and football season demand as well as support the Hospital and VA Clinic.

Does anyone know what hotel Center Pointe Construction is working on next to the Holiday Inn Express?

What is the status of the Dickinson Ave streetscape? I know that the original contractor fudged it and was replaced. Specifically interested in the portion downtown between 14th and Reade.

Pretty sure we're getting another car wash on Firetower in between Basil's and Baskin Robins. There's already a car wash on the other side of Basil's. Can we get something like a Raising Cane's instead?
