I noticed an ABC application sign in the window there today. Does anybody know what's going on?

Chopping the old Harris Teeter up- one-third of the space will be used for the ABC Store and the rest will sit and wait for another user. Maybe not ideal but anything is better than it sitting vacant I think.

Well you would have an ABC store and behind it is where the Coastal Fog is being relocated. So that is movement in that corridor at least. Could see a Pizza place or something in one of the other spaces...something college angled.

I wonder if they could outparcel the front of the parking lot, there is way more parking than is needed.

I noticed that Jonathan Bowling has vacated his "Hobby Horse" studio on Dickinson. Does anybody know where he's going, or what's going to happen in that spot?

If he's leaving the neighborhood, that's sad -- he's really the soul of the place.

Nope. Downtown like in the Boundary where all the college kids are. Instead they were near a Cookout.

Saw that a Dank Burrito is going to come to Greenville. I think downtown makes a ton of sense but it wouldn't surprise me if they go suburban and then don't do well.

Some of these food retailers are missing out on spots like the Boundary and Dickinson Lofts commercial space which is within walking distance for a ton of college age. There is a reason Chico's has made it all of these years and the quality of food is not it. Its the location.

Also what is going in at the old Toy Phactory on the corner of Evans and 4th St? Building is gutted.

Windsor neighborhood off of Corey Road. To clarify, it wasn't the entire neighborhood - all but one of the houses in a cul-de-sac.
