His resume includes:

- E. 4th Street creation (residential, restuarants, retail)
- Tudor Arms Hotel restoration (built circa 1930)
- Uptown in University Circle (residential, restuarants, retail) UNDER CONSTRUCTION
- Ohio City expansions and renovations (residential, restuarants, retail) UNDER CONSTRUCTION

Cleveland Magazine this month did an awesome article on him. Check it out:

And another young person helping transform the city into walkable, enjoyable streets:

Sam McNulty is helping transform West 25th Street, one bar and beer at a time | cleveland.com

Both Ari Maron and Sam McNulty have done wonders in creating a sense of place on the streets of Cleveland.

Wow so I'm guessing that United Continental will maintain a hub in Cleveland for sure now...

Mr216, I don't think there was ever much of a question. Jeff Smisek's corporate speak had a purely concessionary aim. O'Hare is a difficult airport to count on, especially for regional traffic. Cleveland makes sense for them. It's an accessible, serviceable airport in a good location and proximity to many destinations. That's why they came here in the first place. It also has 4.5-5 million enplanements per year which is the most in OH and 2nd only to DTW between the east coast and Chicago. That's a lot of customers to walk away from.

The new CSU residential and retail expansion broke ground TODAY. Here are the up-to-date renderings:.

I really like what faces Chester, with the retail and tall residenital...the townhomes, however, look like they were dropped in from Westlake or Solon...(not very unique or urban looking)...

While I agree that the CSU rendering makes it look more "Crocker Park" than one might want them too, I'm willing to wait and see what the end result is. Renderings have a way of making these things appear cartoon-ish. Everything they've done down there so far looks great and fits in well. I can't imagine that there will be too much of a departure from what they've been doing.

I am waiting as well, hoping they turn out good.
