No homicides reported as of yet on Halloween in Chicago, but unfortunately there was a drive-by mass shooting in the East Garfield Park neighborhood on the west side. There was a crowd of people on a corner standing for a vigil, when two shooters open fired indiscriminately, resulting in 14 people wounded: most in their 30s, 40s, and 50s; and three minors ages, 3, 11, and presumably a 13-year-old. Police said the drive-by lasted for 3 seconds and the motive is unknown.
