Houston has the Arena Theatre and Jones Plaza to a great extent, which hosts Live After 5 in the summertime.
lol. You don't have to make Houston as having everything Atlanta has. Every city doesn't have everything another city has. One city is better for one thing than the other. That doesn't make Houston terrible for Blacks. Just like Houston is a more diverse city and scene than Atlanta. Doesn't mean you will not find a diverse city and scene in Atlanta.
