I got a "sign" from Saber today, reaffirming that he is back.

I want to share it because this sign is easy for me to explain, some of them have so many intangible elements to them it would be like trying to make sense when explaining a dream.

After Saber died, music become a large part of how we communicate, so ... today I'm eating at a buffet restaurant, it's lunchtime, so it's pretty noisy ... I don't notice or hear any music playing in the restaurant.

As soon as I entered the restroom however, I heard these words being sung over the PA/sound system:
"And I'm finding my way back to you" ... then toilets flushed, hand dryers were turned on and those were the only words I heard [of the song.]

How do you know they're from the cat? That the cat somehow caused the music?

No, Saber didn't cause the music, it's more like he used the music, and the "timing" of what I would hear, to convey his message.

Your cat isnt doing anything. Its your grief at the loss of your cat that is causing you to perceive anything as a communication from the dead.

Seances and the dead communicating with the living was a popular belief 120 years ago and was debunked even at that time.

Believe what you want but. Some people believe ina anything

I have never experienced a visit from any of my deceased pets, but I would be open for it. If angels walk among us... why can't some of those angels be 4 legged?

I have never had a cat do this, but I am quite sure that somehow, my father did many years ago.

I helped Meeko pass, yesterday, March 20th 2013

Meeko had told me, months earlier, that he had been in pain everyday of his 7 year life. I had finally found a vet that could diagnose the reason he was in pain, e. coli, pancreatitis, and ... cancer.

We just couldn't cure him ... so I've done what he asked me to do, months earlier ... I've helped him go to a place of no pain.

Meeko had many other issues, including behavioral ... he was misunderstood and never had a real chance at a happy life.

The plan, if such things are possible, is for Meeko to come back to our family, in a healthy body, and healthy mind.

His only concern was ... "Will mommy still love me if I don't look the same?" It broke my heart.

Oh, RIP sweet Meeko. Now you can be the boy you were meant to be, that you showed your Mom glimpses of before.

Leanan, I am so sorry Meeko couldn't be helped, as you tried so hard to do.
