It won’t come to that. They’ll just cancel events so all the frightened sheep will feel better.

Just curious how is the Coronavirus affecting hotel/motel/vacation lodging industry In California? Are vacancy rates up? Meaning hotels have many empty rooms on a given night? Rates down. I am curious as I did some looking up on rates it doesn’t seem to go down too much.

Also are rooms disinfected much more these days especially items such as tv remotes which I heard were often overlooked in the past.

What about places like ski resorts?

The family appears to be wealthy (incredible given their stupidity here) so have assets available for a lawsuit if someone falls victim to the virus as a result of exposure to the idiot family members.

Administrative order is not legally enforceable and neither is formal order. Only judge can suspend someone liberty. Health officials need to lean the law before they open their mouth. I am sure father talked to lawyer and found that out

Yeah, I agree they're incredibly stupid and self-centered. I equate people like them as the same ones who defy vaccinations then send their kids to school where they "might" (didn't say they would but just might) expose others to illness, should they come down with something. There will always be those who think only of themselves. It's been that way since the beginning of time. I don't expect it to stop now.

That's not even the point but no surprise you failed to see it. I was pointing out the stupidity of the family, similar to those that text while driving.

Yep, see above for an example of that.

I pointed that out because some people might think they broke the law when in fact legally they did not
