It's surprising to me that no one has mentioned Jaguar sofar.... They are one of the most overrated brands out there.

Who actualy hypes them up as a great brand, though? In order to be overrated, you need alot of people hyping them up, and Jaguar doesn't have that. Id' say, with all the people calling them unreliable and overpriced, that they are far from "over" rated these days.

That said, I'd still take one, and was seriously considering a XK8 convertible when I bought my Mustang.

I guess Dodge's aren;t overrated because everyone knows they are unreliable and terrible build quality. Therefore nobody overrates them. LOL

Honda. We've owned a few and they're really not that reliable. They're certainly not very comfortable or "nice" cars by any means, aside from the supposed reliability. Butt ugly too.

They do. But I don't think that's enough to make them overrated by definition.

Overrated? I'd actually put Jag in the underrated category. Have you seen some of the new vehicles being produced by Jaguar? VERY NICE!

I've never heard of Jaguar being hyped-up, it's a brand that always seems to fly under the radar. I actually think it's one of the last "classy" brand which isn't trying to produce vehicles based on name recognition alone (ahem...Mercedes).

I like Jags.

I've owned three. 2 XJ6s and a Mk VII. Loved them. My father in law owned a couple XKEs ('67 4/2 triple carb models...)

Lexus. They are zzz-mobiles and aren't that much nicer than a Toyota nowadays. True, older Lexuses were impeccable, but times have changed.
