    Observation: Sanitizer bucket at dish machine was empty.
    Correction: Sanitizer was replaced.

Observations discussed with PIC. PIC relayed information to the employees during the inspection. Walk-in door is in poor repair and is difficult to close. PIC states that the walk-in refrigerator and freezer, as well as the reach-in refrigerator, will be replaced in the next month or so. Okay for permit.

    Observation: Observed a bottle of gatorade stored in an empty food container on the prep line.
    Correction: Drinks need to be in a cup with a lid and a straw. Drinks must be stored in a place where they cannot contaminate food, utensils, and single service items.

    Observation: Observed dented can.
    Correction: Can was set aside to be returned to distributor. Discussed importance of checking cans for dents.

    Observation: The cutting boards are heavily scratched and scored. The food contact surface is no longer easily cleaned and sanitized due to condition.
    Correction: Resurface or discard and replace the cutting boards to provide a food contact surface that is smooth, easily cleaned and sanitized.

    Observation: Observed container of propane stored in a box of potatoes.
    Correction: Containers of hazardous products must be located in an area that is not above food, equipment, utensils, linens or single service items.
