    Observation: Observed food in the refrigerator on the cook line over 41 degrees.
    Correction: Move egg product and other food to a different refrigerator. Discard the burrito mix.

    Observation: Observed several refrigerators with torn and ripped gaskets, and 2 refrigerators that don't close completely because of the seals and the door hinge.
    Correction: Have the seals replaced on the refrigerators and have the door fixed on the refrigerator that is not holding the proper temperature currently.

    Observation: Observed several seals/gaskets, the floor of the walk-in freezer, and the rack and bins for the clean dishes in need of cleaning.
    Correction: Clean the surface at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues that become encrusted or attract insects and rodents.

    Observation: Back flow device on mop sink is broken (missing the top) and the faucet at the 3 compartment sink has a leak.
    Correction: Have the back flow and the faucet repaired.

    Observation: Handsinks in the kitchen need a hand washing sign.
    Correction: Provide a hand washing sign at each hand sink.

    Observation: Observed floors in need of cleaning under and behind equipment (including the dry storage area near the soda machine)
    Correction: Clean floors regularly and thoroughly to prevent and grease, dirt, or food build-up.

Notes: Hose at the mop sink has a leak in it and the backflow device on the mop sink looks broken. Single service utensils need to be stored facing down. Ice scoops need to be stored with the handle out of the ice. Back hand sink needs a sign for employees to wash hands.

    Observation: Plastic cup used as ice scoop at drive thru.
    Bulk creamer tubes extend beyond one inch past the base of the bag.
    Correction: Use a scoop with a handle for ice.
    Cut creamer tubes at a 45 degree angle no more than one ince from the base of the bag.

    Observation: Observed shelves and fan guards in walk in cooler in need of cleaning.
