    Observation: Observed food in the front low boy cooler above 41F: veggie patties 52F (discarded), cheese 47F (moved to walk in). Unit is iced over in the back.
    Correction: Unit was turned off to defrost. Per the manager, this is an ongoing issue. The unit should be repaired.

    Observation: Acoustic ceiling tile used in back area where work table and three part sink are located is not smooth, easily cleanable and non-absorbent.
    Correction: Repair or replace to provide smooth, cleanable tiles.

    Observation: Inadequate light in walk in cooler and in back over 3 part sink.
    Correction: Provide more light.

They are very nice, however, I always have to remind certain employees to wash their hands, and for some reason, there's one that seems to think that hand sanitizer is suppose to take the place of soap. There is a whole sink there with running water, ni excuse for that. Keep in mind, many of us are medical professionals, therefore, we tend to pay alot of attention to certain things, aslo, I hate for someone to talk over my food.
