Observation: Rust on support/door to large kettle. Threshold to 6 door refrigerator has been duct taped. Shelving in storeroom is losing its finish. Oil drips from reservoir on large mixer.
Correction: Remove rust. Remove duct tape. Shelves to be smooth and cleanable. Repair oil drip. At follow-up: Threshold to 2 doors of 6 door unit has been duct taped. Duct tape is not considered cleanable. Shelves for storeroom have been ordered. Large mixer will be moved/refurbished. Manager stated it has not been used in years. I recommend removing.

Correction: Do not use this milk for sale/consumption. Have the unit rechecked/repaired. Manager has opted not to use/getting milk from another school.
