I discussed the Alabama Seafood Labeling Law with Executive Chef Lester Davis. The establishment does have the sign posted with the inspection report. note In the walkin cooler several boxes of yogurt 03/28/11 and 04/19/11 out of date according to the Chef these were samples.Designate and label an area for samples/ damaged/ and return for credit products.

Clean the bottom shelf in the pasta RI drawers, and other needed refrigeration units.

The floor dust pan stored was stored directly on pizza oven pans.

A metal stemmed food thermometer for the grill was calibrated during the inspection.
