The cutting boards on the double door sandwich maketable, and the single door sandwich maketable in the kitchen, and the red cutting board in the meat prep room need to be resurfaced.

All the walk-in freezers and walk-in coolers have new fan units and compressors. The cooks line food thermometers were calibrated during the inspection.

In the dishmachine room, the only hand sink had a constant water line leak at the line.
Several kitchen hand sinks were slow to drain.

Repair the wall behind the 2 mens toilets.
Make repairs to the peeling ceiling at the back of the WI meat cooler, and to the peeling ceiling in the WI dairy cooler.
