Condensate leak found in the 2 door fruit and dessert RI cooler on the cafeteria line, condensate leak found in the 3 door RI refrigerator on the grill line, and a condensate leak in the 2 door RI freezer on the grill line. Take corrective action.
I discussed the Alabama Seafood Labeling Law with Loretta Sullivan, the Supervisor. The establishment does have the Seafood Labeling Law sign posted for the public to see. On the cafeteria line the RI salad door cooler was taken out of service; and on the sandwich bar side the RI salad door cooler was also taken out of service.
