2 door RI freezer in grill area did not have a thermometer.

On the sandwich prep area, a single door RI refrigerator has the white protective shipping film on the interior of the door panel.

Condensate leak found in the 2 door fruit and dessert RI cooler on the cafeteria line, condensate leak found in the 3 door RI refrigerator on the grill line, and a condensate leak in the 2 door RI freezer on the grill line. Take corrective action.

I discussed the Alabama Seafood Labeling Law with Loretta Sullivan, the Supervisor. The establishment does have the Seafood Labeling Law sign posted for the public to see. On the cafeteria line the RI salad door cooler was taken out of service; and on the sandwich bar side the RI salad door cooler was also taken out of service.

2 door reachin freezer near the 3 door refrigerator in the grill area did not have a thermometer.
4-502.11 Calibrate thermometers according to manufacturer specifications as often as necessary to ensure accuracy.
Food thermometer for taking food temperatures at the steam table was not accurate, the food thermometer for taking food temperatures at the hot dog / bakery area was not accurate.
5-205.15 Repair condensate leak in RI freezer.
Take corrective action for the condensate leak in the reachin freezer 401547 near the grill.

Clean the back splash on the customer self serve soda drink dispensers, clean the storage shelves below the counters, clean the sides of the cooks line equipment.

Two retherm units with damaged door gaskets hanging down from the doors..
6-101.11 Provide smooth, durable, nonabsorbent, easily cleanable floors, walls, and ceilings.
Mke repairs to the missing wall tiles near the stock room.
Provide missing vent cover over ceiling fan.
6-501.12 Clean ceiling and/or wall vent covers in the kitchen near the hot serve line, aand near the cold sandwich and salad plate area.
