The walkin vegetable freezer did not have lights shielded.

Light bulbs were blown in the walkin meat freezer and near the 3 compartment sink.

Clean the lid on the ice machine, and clean the patient floor stock containers.
Clean the shelves on the breakfast storage cart.
5-205.15 Repair condensate leak in RI cooler.
Take corrective action on the condensate leak for the customer ToGo reachin cooler on the customer serve line.
6-501.11 Repair or replace damaged or missing ceiling tiles.
Replace the damaged, stained ceiling tiles in the meat slicer/prep room.
