"Fair weather Cumulous!"

Hey NEAT Lilypads Mtn Surfer! They would make a neat jigsaw puzzle.

As for our parts, the weather has been nice. This morning we have another marine layer that will probably burn off by afternoon. That's been our pattern. Perfect for getting chores done outside and it doesn't get too hot until the late afternoon when it's time to quit anyway.

Our eaglets have started "branching" where they hop up on the upper branches and practice balancing, flapping, and getting stronger. It's a major milestone. They'll branch flap and hover for the next few weeks getting strong enough to fly. The parents don't help much at this point, they just stand by and stand guard.

We're having the best summer weather in the country right now, and it looks like it will continue. 70s, breezes, a few clouds, long days.

I am missing the weather.
I’m stuck down here tackling a long over due yard cleanup in 90 degree weather.

Are you back in Cal this week, Andy?

Yeah, its been great all week with 70ish days and morning clouds/marine layer. Its my favorite weather after growing up and living along the coast most my life. Tomorrow we have a freakish 90s day, then back down after. But we'll be heading to San Diego to visit family and they are also in the 70s along the southern coast. So, we'll miss the summer CA heatwaves. They usually aren't very bad on the coast anyway - maybe a few times of the year getting into the 80s/90s then quickly back down.

Yeah Derek I’m down here .
The weather yesterday was a nice 80 degrees.
Much hotter today.

I went to a nice party at my friends house and he had his 2 daughters, 1 son in law and 6 grandkids there.
Funny thing was that they were all from the Tacoma and Olympia area.
All 9 of them.

I hope the weather down here doesn’t stay hot or get much hotter.
This next month or so I will be bouncing back and forth a lot.

It was a hot day today reaching the low 90s in Vancouver. Best time to go out was after sunset which was a colorful one. Fortunately, temps are dropping tomorrow.

Another day in Paradise. Sunny, cool breezes, low 70s for temp. Blue skies. No air conditioning needed, perfect for hiking any time of day without getting too hot or cold.

Slackers .
I’ve been enjoying clear blue sky’s.
Not a rain drop or a drizzle in sight.
No wind to speak of.
Temperatures in the mid to upper 100’s .

We have been slacking! The weather has been so sunny and boring

But hubby took a few of interesting clouds we had one night.

And our eaglets are branching and hovering this week, getting stronger!
