Two people jump out of a plane one is wearing a new parachute prototype. He has faith that it will open and see him safely to the ground. That faith is based on science and reliable evidence.
The other fellow jumps out stark naked. He does so based on faith and unwavering belief that God will see him safely to the ground. He believes this due to signs he believes to prove his faith in his god and his ability to see him safely to Earth.
