Of course there are legitimate and constructive criticisms of NY.
And the article is factually accurate.
My beef is that the NYP is not happy unless it’s bad news for NY.
They butter their bread off of “feeding the trolls” of those who take pleasure in, or actually root for, bad things to happen in NY.
I grew up w/ these people in Queens, I’ve known them my whole life…

Sometimes it doesn’t matter how many are leaving if they are replaced with other people going in. Then you have to take into account the quality of the average person leaving and entering. A person doesn’t need to be a rocket scientist to know that if on average those leaving have better education than the average person moving in and that’s only one aspect.
