I agree. It's one thing to want to look good, but some people need to exercise more caution when wearing certain things. They should try to maintain their dignity.
its not about the body its about the appropriateness of the attire. for adults it should just be time and place appropriate.
We'll, I'd lay off when you went to parent teacher meetings and church. A trip to Lowe's or a run to the grocery......why the hell not. Mow the lawn too..
I'm in my late 20's and I still wear short shorts as in daisy dukes, but I have the body for it. Is it ok that I still dress like that. When should women stop wearing things like this.
To me, "having the body for short shorts" means:
Good overall tone to body
No globulous fat on hips, thighs, or stomach
No cellulite
Nice shape to entire legs (not too thick, not toos spindly)
Smaller waist proportionate to hips is a plus
Most teens (who are not overweight) have all this, so I would say late teens, early twenties at the latest. A lot of women have kids in their mid to late twenties and that WILL affect their figure to wear revealing clothes like short shorts.
Never! As long as you have the body for it. I have a friend who is in her 40s but looks like she is 28. She goes to the gym everyday and has nicer legs than most young women I know. She still wears short shorts and short dresses.
She lives in Miami but again she seriously looks 28.
