Just to continue the theme of border/boarder confusion, I have seen these homonyms misused conversely. When I worked for the child protective agency in my state, we had a few infants who were kept--long-term--in hospitals because there was just no other ready placement for these wards of the state. The term for these waifs was "boarder baby", but we had one caseworker who persistently referred to them in her written reports as "border" babies.

Bummer for sure. Did the poor tykes @ least get the benefit of a companion dog? I would have thought that border collies would have been perfect, with their herding experience & all ...
However , I think it is dangerous and wreckless to do so. In fact I'll tell you backin early 2000 the school systems were thinking about letting pe teachers teach art.
