If marijuana is legalized how will employment with companies effect there drug test policies. How does this workout with someone who is at work as is under the influence of Marijuana? I am just curious how this works out?

I think the confusion of "affect" with "effect" is one of the latest casualties. Not being able to decide upon "they're" or "there" or "their" was an earlier loss and now it is acceptable to use them interchangeably.
