In deed its getting nasty and we are seeing more tension than every before. Its hard to comment either way but we do have a garden variety of White Trash and Black Thugsim in this country.
Yes, once and awhile some place will be cheaper as I know some of you will say. But on an average bases, around the country, the national chains like CVS and Walgreen's can't touch the prices at Walmart.
I bought a new variety of hard cider yesterday - Wyder's "Prickly Pineapple", which adds pineapple and prickly pear juice to the base apple cider. It's delicious, but the handle of the six-pack shows the name as:
Priclky Pineapple
It's correct on the bottles and on the main body of the six-pack; just the handle is wrong. I wrote to the company this morning.
Yes they have went through tough times with management and stuff but don't shoot them down because it's not much of a dinner place or because of management. Weekend are our most busiest days. We're just trying to make ____ better then it was.
Their extremely busy for breakfast.
We used To go there until they kept giving toast you couldn't even bit into.
Walter Brennan's famous line in the Bogart/Bacall movie To Have And Have Not, one of my favorite movies and IMO one of the greatest movies of all time.
I was "bit" by a live bee when I was a kid, stepped on rotting peaches under a peach tree. I: learned to not do that again. Bee: died of traumatic injury caused by accidental human foot impact.
Conclusion: "Men make plans, the gods laugh." In this case, "Bees make plans, men get painful foot injuries, but alas bees have only one stinger and they commit suicide when they deploy their ultimate weapon."
My own conclusion: "Don't bring a bee sting to a human crushing accident." This is of course derived from the famous expression: "Don't bring a knife to a gunfight." Too true.
