Depends on where I'm at, but overall, I'm thinking Mon. and Thurs. I'd like them to be NOT back-to-back so that the days off in the week are spaced out and makes the whole week more manageable. On weekdays since weekend traffic oughtta be better... away from all the other traditional jobs.
I voted Sunday and Monday because I had that schedule for years and loved it. I could veg out on Sunday and then I had Monday to go out and do things. Other people were at work and all the stores were open so I could get a lot done. I also could take my boat out and I pretty much owned the water, no one else was out there, unlike Saturday or Sunday when EVERYONE is on the water.
Every place I've ever worked I've tried to get my days off to be during the week. I've never understood why people want Saturday and Sunday off? What do you do when you have a doctor's appointment, blow a vacation day?

Many places have extended late afternoon/early evening hours actually (once or twice a week often).
Sat and Sun. I would love to explore a job opportunity where I would work four 10-hour days, and leaving me with Wednesday or Friday off along with Sat and Sun.
I like to have the OCCASIONAL weekday off -- as others have said, it's so much easier to get stuff done during the week -- but as for my regular schedule, I want to have Saturday and Sunday off. I've worked non-traditional schedules before, and I always felt out-of-step with the world.
