Happy to have had a couple of days of great skiing. Would have stayed longer, but the wind started getting worse.

Happy to be home in the boondocks tonight. So much quieter than a college campus located near a highway.

Happy that it is a long weekend here in Queensland. Had a productive day yesterday (under very warm and sunny conditions).

Ran 20 km before 7am, laptop finally repaired and all sorted, went for a refreshing swim, and got a roof rack installed on car - I bought a stand up paddle board (will be taking out on the Brisbane River plus plenty of opportunities on the Sunshine Coast) but still waiting for it to be delivered.

Woke to overnight rain and grey skies so will take it easy inside today and catch up house duties (and watching a DVD box set)

When the cloud clears away in a hour it is going to be wall to wall clear skies!!!

I am happy because this means that I will not be stuck under this annoying front for two days like NE scotland will be.
