Next 2 weeks on the latest Euro looks quite warm and dry overall. Cooler and wetter in the PNW and wet in Texas. Maybe some tropical action?

Went out for a long walk this morning about 4 miles. Now watching football all day. Hazy sun 88F here and at Midway. ORD is at 84F at 2pm

High was 88F here 87F officially at ORD but Midway airport hit 90 degrees which is the 28th time this year. ORD has reach +90F 22 times.

Not surprising. Can't wait to go to Phoenix next spring. I just dropped my wife off at Midway. She's going there for the week to visit her parents im Surprise.



Btw the average number of 90 degree days are 17 at ORD and 23 at Midway over the POR. So this is an above average year.

Going to stay well above normal through next week as well if the Euro is correct




GFS also warm in the 12-16 but less so




CFSv2 is very warm right over us
