Crazy!

I cant stop looking at this. If it was winter the Midwest would be sub zero F

Current 10,000 foot temps. Freezing line now as far south as Arkansas.

In fact... Springfield, Missouri is at record Cold Levels for 10,000' temps. lolol
https://www.spc.noaa.gov/exper/soundingclimo/

The record low was above 0C so this below freezing airmass is a record for this time of year.

Not me. I need a warm summer. Mild temps are ok for spring and autumn.

Ok so should I trust the latest GEFS? I doubt it.

I just got home from Florida. It feels great to go outside without sweating instantly. It rained pretty much the whole way back, which made the drive feel longer.

It is currently 60F and cloudy here with a dew point of 48F. The wind is out of the SE at 8 mph. It feels kind of chilly after being in Florida. Tomorrow night the low is supposed to be 46F, and a low of 54F tonight.

You know how yesterday, the GFS was showing a trough starting in Alaska and then going straight down the PNW and into CA?

Now that thing barely clips Idaho and the whole thing just goes into the Midwest while the PNW and CA stay warm. Can the Midwest ever catch a break?
