Rain everyday in the summer is a joke. It comes in lumps and then go days or weeks without. As with last june i got most all my rain in the spring and once summer starts on 21st it gets dry until Oct. This is the crap lows and temps i have to deal with.

Fair enough. If you're going to live in a tropical climate, might as well be where the hurricanes are.

I have had enough of summer. The never ending 70 degree plus low temperatures are horrific, and definitely have me moving north long-term with more equal seasons and real winters. With my current position, I will likely stay for several more years at least.

Got lucky at 2 am and got 2.7". The heat is so bad a line of strong storms built up right on the coast and just never moved. Only about 2 miles wide and 12 miles long.

CFSv2 week 1,2, and 3 do not show cooling anymore. What gives?

Still showing up on the GFS ensemble though, but it's not as pronounced as it was a few days ago.

I guess it is in the 11-15 day

You got your wish as record heat in parts of the country will be like never seen before in the coming weeks. This was a record hot June world wide.
