Many of us acclimated around here. Today felt warm in the 40s. 20s isnt that cold unless like you said their skin is exposed. Winds will make it feel worse though...
And back to around mid 80's here by Giving and Friday. There is just no cold weather coming for my part of FL this fall or winter.
