High was 70F at IKK, 66F at MDW, and 64F at ORD today under cloudy skies. Looks like heavy rains and storms coming tonight and into tomorrow

31-60% color change

I decided to switch things up because I was having trouble determining a number. Some of the trees on my street have not even begun to change, but there are others nearing peak. They don't seem to all be changing up at once this year.
