Atsizat, what else is happening in turkey weatherwise aside from Ardahan province?
I post Göle because it is the coldest town in Turkey. Göle had a low of -23.4*C yesterday, which was the lowest temperature recorded in Turkey yesterday.
Met Office only publishes the averages of provincial capitals. Ardahan is a provincial capital. So its averages (official) is published.
Climate. data.org is an unofficial and inaccurate website. As you can see Göle is always colder than Ardahan throughout the year. I post the offical measurements of both Göle and Ardahan to show Göle is always colder than Ardahan. Official measurements which is made by Turkish State Meteorological Service.
