I'm no where near south FL. I am 25 miles northwest of Tampa on the gulf coast. Maybe AJ is happy. I am tired of the cold, i don't like 6 days in a row with highs in the 50's. House is cold at 65 in my bedroom and heat cost too much run.

They will all be dead due to super warm water temps within 60 years. Some of you will live to see the true nitemare that is coming. Glad my days are about over as i would rather be dead than live in 90 degree temps year round. Just the amount of changes i have seen the last 35 years is a shock.

Coastal storms tend to do that. When the coastal storm moves north, cold air filters in behind it (southeast states) the warm air around the storm makes the north warmer (Canada/Nova Scotia). Cool to see when it happens. Same when it happens on land. We'll see Michigan warmer than Texas, ect

So this winter so far there's been multiple vortex's. Like the Polar Vortex blew up into pieces.

The tilt of Arctic air has been like this mostly so far with those pieces rotating around and around reinforcing the cold shots.

Almost looks like the cold is stuck in Eastern U.S right now because the vortex has left but the frigid air mass aloft remains.

Close up. -21C at 5000 feet above me. Max temp of 10F today. Nuts

But now it's break time. Jet stream lifts north next week and we warm up while it dips in the West.

Bring back the 70's and lows around 60f. Just keep the 80's away.
