Posted 8 days ago and mentioned todays date. Love seeing the future.. Although they had the front slower looks like. At least with this update they did.

Some NWS offices "starting" to mention this change coming.. Enjoy next 7 days. I like how they are so lax about it. "possibly" below normal. lol. Lets come back to this post.
And so we came back. Models were right, just the timing of it was off. Not bad seeing the big change over a week away.

Now, onto the warmth in 4-7 days. How about we enjoy Autumn weather for now though.

Today in Göle, the low was 2.3℃ and the high was 14.3℃.

Because of cloudy weather, day and night temperature difference was not much.

Currently 59 with a 56 dew at 5 PM.

Scattered showers have put an end to the dry streak. It ended up at 20 days, T-5th longest on record, and the longest since 1977. So far 0.09" has fallen, bringing the monthly total to 1.05".

The high reached just 62 following a low of 47.

Currently here, at Aurora, ME...60F, Dewpoint, 42F, Winds NE 8MPH, Clear with whisps of pastel clouds as the approaching sun sets!

Took a huge sack of ripening and ripe tomatoes over to our neighbors (cause that what you do when you're blessed), visited for spell and while returning home, felt a chilly breeze brace me (even though I was wearing a cotton hoodie). Walked through the shedd (attached to our house), met my husband, Jon who was seated out back, working on some menu boards for a friend's Pub. We toasted tonight (we toast every night when we have a cocktail, beer or glass of wine), to our love and friendship (because we are best friends afterall)! Split-pea soup awaits (with lots of chunks of ham).....Indoors we sip our Hot Toddies and sigh...another wonderous day spent at Birch Meadows farm and the evening darkness closes in to embrace us, once again!
