Here's last 4 hours. Thunderstorm warnings are the yellow boxes. I see they stop showing up as the sun goes down.

BTW -- We are about 30-40 degrees above normal for this hour from Southern Maine to NYC

I'm on Long Island, cooled down fast at sunset. Looks like nowhere else. Ocean breeze.

Down to 63 now. Could be our first 60 degree low of the year. Normal is May 15, so this would be almost a month early. It would also be a record warm low, beating the 60 in 1976.

Yup, playing beach volleyball. But again, you only need to go in like a mile before it starts to feel warm. Very nice night, and how I wish this was more common in April. I don't want an entire April like this obviously, but I wouldn't mind if there were like 4-5 days like this in April. High 80s with around 30% humidity feels very mild, you don't even break a sweat in weather like this. Perfect for outdoorsy activities

Been cloudier than normal last 8 months minus November and February. Though we have been consistently above average since then, in both average highs and Mean temps with the exception of December...

More rain on the way to perpetuate Chicago

Next weekend looks a lot cooler here

Summer like 2012? Hell no. There's not going to be nearly any drought conditions after this week...

March 13, 1998 they hit 3°. March 31, 1998 they hit 88°!

March 1, 1946 they dropped to 1°. March 29, 1946 they hit 86°.

Yesterday's 88/60 means LaGuarida is at +6.2 for the month! First day over 85 since 2012, and only the second this decade. Mind you, in 2002 there were 4 such days, and in 2009 3, so we are getting colder in April

Christ, the Great Lakes are even worse than the Atlantic. At least we don't have "70s in LaGuardia, 30s in JFK" situations like that
