I was fine all day until I opened Wunderground. June conditions just 50 miles away, meanwhile I'm wearing a jacket. I'm not used to this at all lol.

Kill. Me. Now.
Its the natural air conditioning called the Atlantic Ocean that keeps Long Island and coastal Connecticut cooler on these warm days.

I know, but it usually isn't this bad. I'm miles inland so I'm usually warmer than the immediate coast, not today lol. Even coastal Connecticut is fairing better than me right now.

I sure do miss NYC's hot, sticky, stagnant air right now.

lol. Cute. I thought the clouds were the cause.. Looks like it wasn't the only thing... Winds off the Ocean but not where it's cold so maybe clouds were the main cause.

Some Wind just picked up here so the front is pushing through. Dropped to 71° now.

BUGS are out of control!

Severe Thunderstorm just north of Philly.

6pm temps and wind direction

Things like this are making me wonder if we may see a 1983-like April with snow mid-month.

Well the El Nino of 82-83 is a strong analog year with this one....

Very excellent weather today. I was outside this morning and the temperature was 68, the dewpoint 63. But that's not the good part: it reached 80 degrees! Too bad it will be chilly later...

Here's what temps my weather app is forecasting for the next few days:

Sat. 64/46
Sun. 52/39
Mon. 70/38
Tue. 46/32
Wed. 46/30
Thu. 64/43

Unseasonable cold snap . By this time of year such an event is rare, though I do remember there being some 45-degree days in late April a couple times during the early 2010s.
