If I'm doing physical activity or sport then I prefer high 50s/60s.. A nice casual bike ride would be nice in the 80s and sun though for me, providing dew points are no higher than about 18C
Well, looks like bike riding is something you mostly wouldn't enjoy in summer here...
Actually, I'd rather go bile riding even if it's in the upper 80s with a dew point above 70F after about 7 PM to avoid the worst sun angle, compared to a somewhat milder temperature and lower humidity in the midday summer sun.
