Feels like this..

Dewpoints in the oppressive 70s, temps in the 80s and 90s.. Feels like 102° in Miami

I'll take my dewpoints in the 20s/30s with refreshing 50s here in CT. Lets wait for July-August for those pink colors.

I'd take 70s with a dew point of 50°F, please. Just opened the windows, not too chilly out. Just got a few peeks of sun, after complete overcast.

I read your posts, I just don't have much to add.

It doesn't seem that they surpassed it

Seems like Ft. Lauderdale broke it:

Warnings for Coastal Miami Dade County, Florida : Weather Underground

Miami tied it at 96 F, though both Opa Locka and Kendall are currently at 97 F:

I looked at the last link, the mountains look impressive with the snow.

Looks like "cooler" weather is coming next week. Highs mostly in the low-mid 80s forecasted, and a couple of nights in the 60s.

Anyway I just made the relevant point that maybe we should have a EUROPE weather thread.
Actually, for this reason I've revived the Climate talk: Europe thread. Nothing wrong with posting a lot about your weather (and I'm particularly interested in northern USA weather) but Europe-related posts get buried under NA posts oftentimes here. For example, I didn't even notice your 'snow in Scotland' post in the first place because I wasn't online for a few hours.
I think it's worth considering to split the seasonal threads...

Sounds like a good idea; only downside is many posters might not bother to check the other continent's thread and then there'll be even less interaction. I rarely check the southern hemisphere thread, but that's partly because it doesn't get much activity. A Europe thread would be much busier. But having everything in one season thread is too concentrated, and hard to keep up with. Maybe we could try two continental threads and see how it goes?

96F (35C) in Miami (MIA) today!

Ties the all-time record for April!

National Weather Service : Observed Weather for past 3 Days : Miami, Miami International Airport

The dew points aren't too friendly either! Near 70F.

I think that forumers were already talking about this...

Surprisingly cool in NC!
