Based on this forecast, that would be a very storm end of December!


CFS is also encouraging for January
Hopefully it's the light at the end of the slightly above average and highly consistent tunnel. While high temperatures in the 50s, lows around 40, and mostly cloudy weather is quite comfortable, and not bad for December, I'd prefer to see snow sometime.

9:25pm Radar. Took the dog out before the heavy 35-40dbz band came in.

Gauge with almost 2" now. 28 straight hrs of rain. Saw the sun only one day in last 5 I think. And only 1 day next 5 most likely.

Very depressing. Above-average winter temperatures always seem to be overcast.

All three models showing big warm up in the 8-10 day period, with a colder Europe during this time frame....
