Paris-Orly dipped below freezing this morning, almost 1 month late. That Scottish blizzard sounds exciting!

I'm glad that are no highs above 20 C in the forecast. However, probably no cold snaps anytime soon. It looks like temperatures will stay close to average for this time of year.

Month has been very gloomy. Only today and Thursday was mostly sunny, rest of the days were overcast. Tomorrow will be overcast most of the day, then cloudy till Friday. Looks like we'll get a sunny stretch the next weekend. On the plus, we haven't been getting very many very cold nights this way. With sunshine bring frigid air, 15°F forecast night.

Winter lightning in the Norwegian and North Sea, near the coast of Norway and UK. Total during three hours, very early Sunday morning. Every red dot is a ligthning. The northernmost is right at the Arctic Circle. Source: Norwegian Meterological Institute.

Yup, same here. And great point about the lows. No wonder why i havent been cold in the morning.

Also.. guess i should say I'll be wrong about the warmth. . Looks just average /chilly. Still nothing too cold though.

I'm enjoying it. I'll take 40 F with rain over 20 F with sun. I think one or two sunny days a week is sufficient for me this time of the year.

I didn't think I missed the sun much, but having sun today and having light shining into my room helped my mood.
