Don't forget Nowdata. National Weather Service - Burlington, VT

Sutton Vermont sees lows in the 30s in August, not often, but they have. Looks like 33° & 34°F happened first week of August those years.

August 10, 1999 hit 32F/0C

Edit: They are 1000 foot elevation in case you were wondering

We get this every year.
Katesbridge is not in Braemar's League when it comes to cold.

Braemar has one of the coldest summers found anywhere on the planet.

AM funnel cloud reports over the Gulf in west Florida:

.UPDATE...
AS IS TYPICAL DURING SUMMER WITH LIGHT WINDS AND STEEP LOW-LEVEL
LAPSE RATES...FUNNEL CLOUDS AND WATERSPOUTS WERE OBSERVED JUST OFF
THE COAST NEAR ANNA MARIA ISLAND THIS MORNING. THESE SHOWERS AND
STORMS HAVE SINCE DISSIPATED WITH VERY LITTLE IN THE WAY OF SHOWER
ACTIVITY IN OUR AREA AT THIS TIME.

SKIES ARE STARTING OUT MOSTLY SUNNY WHICH WILL RESULT IN RAPID
HEATING THROUGH THE LATE MORNING HOURS. CLOUDS WILL DEVELOP
STEADILY AS TEMPERATURES RISE...WITH SCATTERED TO NUMEROUS SHOWERS
AND THUNDERSTORMS EXPECTED BY MID AFTERNOON. LOCAL WRF RUNS AND
QPF FIELDS IN THE GLOBAL MODELS SUGGEST RATHER HIGH RAIN CHANCES
FOR AREAS EAST OF I-75...ESPECIALLY SOUTH OF I-4.

The averages aren't too different from some spots on the US West Coast. Records are a different story.

Braemar - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

High altitude do record lows just as cold as Braemar but I assume you're restricting it to sea level locations.

Coastal California has a few spots of mins below 10°C (50°F). It's hard to find a 17°C/<10°C combination. Most sea level spots with mins that cold are going to have warmer maxes. Too warm in the day:

CLEARWATER, WASHINGTON - Climate Summary

This station has impressively cold summers, but that surprising given it's in a penisula jutting into the Pacific:

TATOOSH ISLAND WB, WASHINGTON - Climate Summary

Point Reyes, just north of San Francisco, just under 10°C, July max 14°C. Fog-bound microclimate, a worse version of July in the western half of San Francisco:

POINT REYES LIGHT ST, CALIFORNIA - Climate Summary

Frost is unlikely in Point Reyes anytime of the year… Min almost exactly 10°C in the summer at Big Sur adjacent to the Pacific. August max is 25°C though. Same latitude as Death Valley! Again, most years don't record a frost. California coast must be a tinderbox right now, just waiting for a spark

BIG SUR STATE PARK, CALIFORNIA - Climate Summary
Erm yeah but it goes from 50-60 which isn't much use..

We had 45 today.

Record July low is 35°F (!) same as Murmask. Might a station issue. Nearby station with a longer record has a record July low of 38°F and a warmer average overall.

FORT BRAGG 5 N, CALIFORNIA - Climate Summary
Record low here is 29..

You aren't from here so you don't know what temps Katesbridge gets in the summer.
